Don't be fooled by strong brand loyalty.

Just because a customer continues to re-purchase your brand, does NOT equate to deeply rooted loyalty.

If your brand is in the TOP LEFT QUADRANT of this chart, then your brand is in significant danger.

Your repeat customers are likely planning their escape as soon as a better alternative comes along.

And when your repeat customers leave your brand, they will likely take other customers with them to their new brand.

You need to know this to prevent massive customer defection. You can make changes to your brand strategy to change the story and preserve your earned customer base.
