Our highly responsive double-opt-in consumer panel provides access to consumer research in more than 100 countries.
How do we deliver the highest possible data quality?
Our consumer panel is a Single-Source solution that allows us to maintain the highest quality panelists. While it is common for research vendors to use "aggregated panels", which combines multiple panels into one source, the aggregated approach can often result in a lack of quality, inconsistent results, and unexplained findings.
Quality Recruitment Procedures
We believe the only approach to providing the highest quality data is through a controlled single-source panel, which is the backbone of every one of our research studies. Our quality recruitment procedures include:
"Lock-Out Periods"
Each of our Insights Funnel research tracking studies is designed with Lock-Out periods. Lock-Out periods provide an additional level of quality and trust in our research results by preventing a respondent from participating in a subsequent wave of research.
Lock-Out periods are typically 180 days, depending upon the study. Our large panel sizes allow for continuously unique sample bases.
Profile Data
Our Daily Panel Polls can collect on average of 100,000 responses everyday. Daily Polls reinforce the quality of our consumer panel with thousands of demographic and behavioral attributes that are added, refreshed, and updated through an on-going process. We also capture additional data points through passive online activities.
Safety and Security
Our panel safety and security is a top priority. Every survey invitation contains opt-out information in compliance with CAN-SPAM. Panel operations also comply with applicable laws and ESOMAR association guidelines, including compliance with the United States Children's Online Privacy ACT (COPPA).
Combined industry-standard data quality solutions provided by third-party partners and internal proprietary techniques ensure the panel meets the highest level of standards.
Dedicated in-house compliance department identifies any fraudulent panel members, terminates their accounts and prevents them from re-registering.
